My Mother is gone...
The last tide of breath returned.
In this moment I wander looking for this missing part.
Easiest when I put my hands in the soil and re member with tears and smiles.
When Dad died I flew around the World.
Today it feels like the whole World is in my garden.
And You my Friends are a comfort in my grief.

Happy Easter
Write us a poem
Sing us a song
Show us a picture
Move us along
to two too
The way of relating
The sharing of bread
The common of blood
The union of head
We Art One
So Rise from the dead.

Sunday
Can I Live here?
I like this method of communication.
Where what is said
has been thought about,
worked through,
and the silence between...
...is not awkward.
It is to me
the word becoming flesh.
Not ?
just hovering in the ether to dissapear
as memory distances it from existance.
I write this as I sit upon a log,
on a beach,
in a fresh offshore breeze,
with a wave periodically rushing up and circling me,
as I sit high and dry upon my lofty perch.
The rising sun is out and warms my face.
I am finding my Rest.
I am still.
I am knowing my God.

......?
What do you do
When the structures fall
When there is only you
When you've seen thru the wall
Where do you go
When things come to the end
When you' re dying to know
When there's a life to mend
What do you pray
When your choices are mute
When there's no words to say
When you need a new shoot
When the structures fall
When there is only you
When you've seen thru the wall
Where do you go
When things come to the end
When you' re dying to know
When there's a life to mend
What do you pray
When your choices are mute
When there's no words to say
When you need a new shoot
For there is hope for a tree: If it is cut down, it will sprout again, and its tender shoots will not fail. If its roots grow old in the ground and its stump dies in the soil, at the scent of water it will bud and put forth twigs like a sapling. Job

CAMERON BOMBS sYRIA
Just
kill the ones that God loves least. But is it the Imam? or is that the
Priest? Is it the child? or is it the terrorist? We want our bombs
landing where it is fairest. So I'll give you a gun and You give me a
sword and we'll put the world right in the
name of The Lord.'Cos we're taking them on, it's an eye for an eye and
judgement is falling like fire from the sky. Our action proclaiming it's
a tooth for a tooth, saying, God loves us most and here is the proof.
It's Us that want peace so we're joining the war but are missing the
ones, who God loves more.
My First Sonnet ?
I believe.I stand on fundamental ground.
Yet.I will make a foray into areas unsound
to meet your challenge of mind and pen.
Strike me down, I fall on rock, I shall rise again.
Your balanced mind weighs against, the spirit I live in,
what you call your freedom, I'm likely to call sin.
I attack not, to destroy, yet this is war.
I claim the right of leadership, to liberate the poor.
I will speak of right and wrong, I have an absolute,
you may call me narrow,I couldn't give a hoot!
I'm focused and I'm fighting, I'm feeling for some friction,
I'm looking for my sword to blood on liberal perception.
My motive, it is love for God and man, not hate,
I am being trained in language,
and I will speak in this debate.

SPEAK
I know I've a gift that's inside me
O how do I let it get out?
It's the voice that Gods put in my soul, see,
a whisper that just wants to shout.
There's a prison of flesh round this yearning
that keeps spinning my mind, round and round.
And the fear, and the guilt, and the hurting,
keep drowning this beautiful sound.
Yet, when I take time to be still...
pray...
cast the burdens that hold me, aside.
I see clearly and hear such harmonys.
I say, soul of Vance,
why do you hide?
